Home & Community Care
Our home and community care services are designed to assist clients (both seniors and people living with disability) to live independently in their own homes.
Community Access
Participating in the community is essential for good mental health. Our support workers can accompany you to most public venues and activities.
Personal Care
Our support workers can assist with showering, dressing, applying makeup, trimming nails and toilet visits. Discretion is assured with our personal care services.
Medication Assistance
Taking prescription medication on time is essential. Our support workers follow proper guidelines in relation to medication assistance and delivery.
Respite
Primary caregivers need a break from time to time. Kapital Care provides casual and fill-in carers to give primary caregivers a much-needed break.
Life & Personal Skills Development
Life and personal skills are essential for effective communication and human interaction. Our team can help you develop your life and personal skills.
Social & Workplace Support
At Kapital Care, we understand the importance of social support in both home and work settings. We provide individual social support and group social events
Meal Preparation & Assistance
Kapital Care can help prepare meals for clients in their own home. Our support workers can also clean up the kitchen and take you food shopping.
Sleep & Wakeovers
Our support workers are available for approved sleepovers and wakeovers in private residences to provide care and support services overnight.
Domestic Assistance
Kapital Care provides a wide range of domestic assistance services. From preparing meals to cleaning and washing, our team does it all.
24 x 7 On-call Services
Kapital Care is on call 24 x 7 for existing clients. If you have an emergency and need assistance, we’ll help you as much as possible.
Transportation
We provide transportation for clients who don’t drive or can’t access public transport. If you require transportation, one of our support workers will pick you up in a fully insured vehicle.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
We provide care services on a 24 x 7 basis for clients receiving NDIS funding for supported independent living (SIL). We also cater for clients requiring 24 x 7 support in their own home.
